Briefly describe the ventilation methods of common simple stainless steel ventilation pipes
1. Centrifugal fan on the roof
The method of installing centrifugal fans on the roof is the simplest and most cost-effective ventilation method, but it does not help the foundation of temperature reduction. Because when the outdoor air is at 37°C, the temperature in the room is generally around 37°C, and the staff and equipment consume heat. When it is large, it will even exceed about 40 °C. However, this action has a certain ventilation effect, especially when there is smoke and dust that is lighter than the air in the workshop, a part of it will rise to the roof and be discharged. But on the whole, the ventilation effect of this move is still not ideal. As shown in the figure below, for the approximate inflow of air into and out of the workshop, the bottom layer must be galvanized and welded to the position of the air duct, and the ventilation will be poorer. Elevated chimney effect, and many vapors (such as CO2, etc.) and fine residues are heavier than air and therefore cannot be raised and discharged. The driving force of the axial flow exhaust fan is still the same. The small elevator turbine fan and the exhaust pipe wooden plank road are even more insufficient. They can only improve the effect when the external wind is stronger. However, when the external wind is stronger, opening the window for ventilation is the same There is a higher natural ventilation effect.
2. Relay race centrifugal fan
A very small number of industrial plants use the relay race centrifugal fans to be spaced in the workshop to promote the overall air circulation system in the workshop, so that the employees feel that the wind is blowing gently. Because of the infinite circulation in the workshop, this type of ventilation method can not discharge the odor of the workshop, and has no temperature reduction effect. Although it has the effect of an electric fan, this move is not only noisy, but also has high initial project investment and large power consumption. , and the number of starts cannot be adjusted, so it is not as cost-effective and energy-saving as installing a floor fan or an electric fan or a wall fan.
Central air conditioning refers to the use of large space refrigeration compressors for refrigeration, using water as the carrier refrigerant or immediately transferring the cold energy to the air in the room. According to the heat dissipation method of the outdoor heat pipe and the heat exchanger method inside the room, it can be divided into water-cooled heat dissipation refrigeration units, water-cooled air cabinets, air-cooled refrigeration units, and air-cooled air cabinets. Use occasions:
(1) The central air conditioner is mainly suitable for occasions where the total building area is large and the staff has high requirements on temperature and humidity, such as hotels, office buildings, commercial buildings, etc.
(2) Central air-conditioning can be used in large and medium-sized industrial plants with high temperature and humidity regulations and few staff, and there is no bad smell in the workshop.
