简体中文 The tuyere, according to the literal understanding, is the opening of the wind. It has many types, including: double-layer louver tuyere, single-layer louver tuyere, fixed strip tuyere, self-verting louver tuyere, spherical adjustable tuyere, swirl tuyere, etc.
Based on the many types of tuyere, the choice of it has become the key. First of all, you need to know the principles of selection:
1. Fully understand the type, function, scope of application and structure type of the air outlet;
2. According to the required air volume and within the allowable wind speed range of the tuyere neck, determine the type of tuyere required;
3. Check the main technical performance of the selected air outlet;
4. Determine the layout and installation method of the selected air outlet and the connection method with the air duct.
Second, understand the selection points:
1. The layout of the air outlet needs to comprehensively consider the requirements of indoor airflow organization, noise, building decoration, installation and maintenance, etc.;
2. Select the air outlet according to the room structure. If there is a suspended ceiling, circular and square diffusers should be used respectively according to the height of the air-conditioning area and the air flow requirements of the place of use;
3. For the installation of the side-mounted replacement air outlet, the height from the ground should be less than 0.8m; the outlet wind speed should not be greater than 0.2m/s for civil buildings and 0.5m/s for industrial buildings.
4. For places with large indoor heat dissipation or tall spaces, the lower air outlet with stable airflow should be preferred.
5. The outlet wind speed of the air outlet should be determined according to factors such as air supply mode, air supply type, installation height, indoor allowable wind speed and noise.
